YMC Technologies is pleased to commission a new 4,200m3 Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) tank at Osram Opto Semiconductors Bayan Lepas. The 19.8m high tank stands tall in the production facility of the leading lighting manufacturer.

Where Fusion Bonded Epoxy excels is the curing process. It requires significantly less energy to cure compared to traditional glass or enamel coatings. The final product is a greener and more economical product.
Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) tank panels are prefabricated with the highest quality assurances in the factory. They are then brought on to site for fast construction using hydraulic jacks. This safe method of erecting tanks allows YMC to erect tanks that are over 20 meters in height.
