AVM Slanted Seat Check Valves

The AVM Slanted Seat Check Valve is a computer-optimised, streamlined design for low head-loss. It is designed for the water industry, taking into account the best available double offset technology, exceeding the requirements of EN 1074.

Features

  • Light and compact design. Cost effective, easy handling
  • Face to Face to EN 558-1 Series 14
  • Streamlined disc and low head-loss
  • Slanted disc design means shorter stroke, faster closure and better non-slam features
  • Bottom-mounted hydraulic dashpot as option, effectively ‘braking’ disc closure.
  • Weld deposit SS body seat
  • Flanged ends to EN 1092-2 PN 10 to PN 40 or ANSI B16.5 Class 125, 250 or 300
  • Zero leakage Class A to EN 12266
  • Resilient Seated with EPDM or NBR Sealing Ring
  • Sealing ring is not interrupted by shaft bearings
  • Sealing ring is easily replaceable in open position
  • No risk of disc flutter (vibrations) by means unbalanced disc load
  • Powder epoxy coating with drinking water certificate
  • Option for hard rubber lining in body and/or on disc
