Conforming to BS 1564 and SS 22, the composite stainless steel (CSS) panel is made of ZAM-coated structural steel as the external layer, and stainless steel as the internal layer. Both materials are cohesively bonded with a macromolecular polymer resin, and pressed with a once-forming moulding technique where no welding is involved on the seams or edges of the flange.
