AVM Double Eccentric BV

The AVM Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve is a computer-optimised streamlined design for low head-loss. It is designed for the water industry, taking into account the best available double offset technology, exceeding the requirements of EN 593 and AWWA C504.

Resilient Seated with EPDM or NBR Sealing Ring
Face to Face to EN 558-1 Series 13, Series 14 and to AWWA C504
Low torque requirements
Weld-on overlay body seat
Flanged ends to EN 1092-2 PN 10 to PN 40 or ANSI B16.5 Class 125, 250 or 300
Zero leakage Class A to EN 12266
Sealing ring is not interrupted by shaft bearings
Sealing is easily replaceable in open position
No risk of disc flutter (vibrations) by means unbalanced disc load
Powder epoxy coating with drinking water certificate
Option for hard rubber lining in body and/or disc

The AVM Concentric Butterfly Valve is a streamlined design for low head-loss. It is designed for various applications such as water, industry, desalination etc., and exceed the requirements of API 609 and EN 1074.

Resilient Seated with EPDM, NBR or VITON Seat
Special seat materials are available upon request
Face to Face to EN 558-1 Series 20 or Series 13 for Double flanged Version
Hard Backed Phenolic Seat, for Series 20. Vulcanised seat for Series 13
Shaft does not get in contact with the medium
Available as Wafer, Lug, Single Flanged or Double Flanged
Flanged ends to EN 1092-2 PN 10 to PN 16 or ANSI B16.5 Class 125 or 250
Powder epoxy coating with drinking water certificate available
